At the young age of 24, Tal Grafi found herself at helm of her family's residential property business. The company had tremendous promise & Tal took it upon herself to take it to the next level.
In an industry rife with problematic tenants, suppliers & delays, Tal tasked herself to jump in & strategize the best path to optimal performance. Tal discovered that by analyzing each area of the business, she had a better understanding of what worked & had a clearer vision of how to improve areas that needed it.
Breaking down one piece at a time, Tal was able to troubleshoot, provide solutions & connect all the pieces of the puzzle together. Tal breathed new life into her business, building a Property Management empire.
A foolproof system was born & Tal knew she had created something incredible.
Immediately she thought – why not share this with the world? With the notion of saving Property Managers across the globe countless hours, dollars & resources, Tigra was born.
The name – an acronym for Tal Grafi Real Estate App (TGRA), has become synonymous with Tal's tenacity, dedication & problem-solving skills. Like Tal, TIGRA faces each area of your Property Management business with the sharp eye of the tiger.
